Rental returns
- Return devices on or before the agreed end date
- Late returns may incur additional daily charges
- Report damage at return so we can assess fairly
Sales exchanges
- Unused items in original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery
- Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded after inspection
