How we inspect every device
Transparency is part of our service. Each device passes a documented checklist before it reaches you.
Our inspection checklist
- Cosmetic grading (screen, body, ports)
- Power on, battery health, and charging test
- Camera, microphone, speaker, and connectivity checks
- Data wipe and factory reset for rental units
Inspection results are recorded internally. If you receive a device that does not match its listed condition, contact us immediately for a swap or adjustment.
